STRESS MANAGEMENT METHODS:
Identify the sources of stress in your life
Stress management starts with identifying the sources of stress in your life. This isn’t as easy as it sounds. Your true sources of stress aren’t always obvious, and it’s all too easy to overlook your own stress-inducing thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Sure, you may know that you’re constantly worried about work deadlines. But maybe it’s your procrastination, rather than the actual job demands, that leads to deadline stress.
To identify your true sources of stress, look closely at your habits, attitude, and excuses:
Stress is a psychological disturbance which is rampant in all our daily activities and dangerous phenomenon throughout the world today. Stress can cause sickness and most people are not exposed to   that. Better still you can relieve stress by performing some exercise which is very indeed like breathing.
You can use some meditations to relieve stress and yoga also provides some form of mediation. In spite of medications, there are some basic tips you can do to get yourself out of stress situations.
Now that we know stress is disturbance will need to create for fun with the people around us couple with a positive attitude, you can reduce stress in your life by nurturing yourself. If you regularly make time for fun and relaxation, you will be able to handle life’s stressors when they inevitably appear.
Identify the sources of stress in your life
You do yourself a great deal by identifying the sources of stress in your life. This is not as easy as it sounds. If you may know that you’re constantly worried about work deadlines and family issues. But maybe it’s your procrastination, rather than the actual job demands and others that lead to stress.
Design how best to cope with stress
Think about the ways you currently manage and cope with stress in your life. You can get this do in two ways:
• Positive healthy ways to manage stress
• Negative and unhealthy ways of coping with stress.

Change routine assignment: There is need for you check and have change on you routine activities and see the tremendous improvement like stopping arguments that can stress you.
 Respect people on your way: Give them hand sac or a hug and let them know your sincere love    and appreciate them. Gratitude is the best stress reliever. You can no longer think about what wrong they have done, but what has been done right so far. Appreciative can be a great stress reliever for you.
 
Free your mind: Do not keep any negative thoughts or negative people who burden you with their own stress. You can be a problem solver, but you do not have to make it your life's goal to solve everybody else's problem.
Walking around:  When you go for a walk, you can get to clear your head and be more aware of what is going on around you. You get time to think about whatever is challenging you.
Listen to cool music. Music is good for relaxation that you can engage. You can put on a music in your car when you are traveling so that it will relax you before you get to your destination.
Laughter: This is also a good way to relieve your stress. Laughter is good for the heart and also relaxes you. Find friends and relatives that share jokes with you and who also love to laugh a lot. You would be surprised what this can do for you. Try having more fun with your life. Go out with your friends and enjoy life. Don't be serious all the time. There is a time and place for everything.
Exercise: Regular exercise does far more than tone your muscles, it's an excellent stress   relieve as well. Not only does exercise cause your body to produce all sorts of substances conducive to a positive outlook, such as endorphins, but it also enhances blood flow to the brain, giving you a far clearer outlook on the world, and the ability to make better decisions.
